Instructions
Preheat the mini waffle iron. Coat it with a nonstick spray or butter. Whisk the large egg in a small mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and the Tbsp almond flour. Add a few tablespoons to the waffle iron. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes until the chaffle is golden brown and cooked completely.
Serve with fresh berries and whipped cream or butter and sugar-free syrup.
