Chaffles

Chaffles are an easy keto friendly meal that can be served for breakfast or anytime you need a quick snack.

Equipment

  • 1 Mini Waffle Iron
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese  or shredded cheese blend
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the mini waffle iron. Coat it with a nonstick spray or butter.
    Whisk the large egg in a small mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and the Tbsp almond flour.
    Add a few tablespoons to the waffle iron. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes until the chaffle is golden brown and cooked completely.
  • Serve with fresh berries and whipped cream or butter and sugar-free syrup.
