Fun, Easy Chaffle Recipe
Chaffles are an easy keto friendly meal that can be served for breakfast or anytime you need a quick snack.
- 1 Mini Waffle Iron
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Whisk
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese or shredded cheese blend
- 1 Tbsp Almond Flour
- Preheat the mini waffle iron. Coat it with a nonstick spray or butter. Whisk the large egg in a small mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and the Tbsp almond flour. Add a few tablespoons to the waffle iron. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes until the chaffle is golden brown and cooked completely.
- Serve with fresh berries and whipped cream or butter and sugar-free syrup.
